International orders

To create a new international order, go to International orders > New Order:

Note: to view information about creating an international order to/from Kazakhstan or Kyrgyzstan, follow the link
Then, enter required information step by step:

Attention: you cannot create international orders in a legal entity's account if the user is an individual. Only legal entities and individuals with 'Self-employed' type can create the orders

About the order

This form will open by default when you go to the 'New Order' section:

Note: you will have to clear your cargo with the customs department for any international shipping (except for the Eurasian Economic Union*: from Kazakhstan/Kyrgyzstan and back).

*Eurasian Economic Union member countries: Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan.

To avoid delays in delivery, contact your Personal Manager in advance, and provide them with the information about your shipment and goods in it.

Fill in the blocks step by step:

  • What type of order? - type of order as in your contract:
    • Online shop
    • Shipping
  • Who am I? - select an option that best describes your relation to the cargo:
    • Sender
    • Recipient
    • Third party
  • Type of cargo:
    • Cargo
    • Documents
  • Sender - will show if you choose 'Recipient'/'Third party' in the 'Who am I' field:
    • 'Legal entity' will not be available if the type of order is 'Shipping', type of cargo is 'Cargo', the sender is 'Individual'
    • 'Individual' will be available if you choose 'Third party' in the 'Who am I' field (Individual-Individual shipment), and if the type of cargo is 'Documents'
  • Recipient - will show if you choose 'Sender'/'Third party' in the 'Who am I' field:
    • 'Legal entity' will not be available if the type of cargo is 'Cargo', the sender is 'Individual'
    • 'Individual' will not be available if the type of order is 'Shipping', the type of cargo is 'Cargo', the sender is 'Legal entity'
  • Who pays?:
    • Sender - if you choose 'Sender' in the 'Who am I' field
    • Recipient - if you choose 'Recipient' in the 'Who am I' field
    • Order Creator - if you choose 'Third party' in the 'Who am I' field
      Note: If the type of order is 'Online shop', the order must be paid by the shop only.
    Note: "Business Cargo Economy", "Business Economy", "Business Express", "Business Standart" and "B2B express 200+" rates are not currently available in the personal account. Contact your personal manager to order them
  • Where to deliver? - start typing name of the settlement where the cargo will be sent to, and select the one you need from the drop-down list:
    Attention:
    • if the selected sender city is in the Russian Federation, you will receive the following notification: "Please note, the export of certain types of goods from the territory of the Russian Federation is carried out in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 9, 2022 N 312":

    • please note: if you select Moscow city, but your settlement is outside the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD), you will need to type in name of your settlement to receive a correct calculation and order a courier. Choose 'Moscow' only if your shipping or cargo pick-up will be within the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD)
    • if the user changes sender's city of recipient's city while creating an order, after which sender's country became same as recipient's country, a notification will pop up. The client can switch to the order form by country (in-country), or close the notification and change one of the cities so that the shipment would become international (some shipments between the Eurasian Economic Union countries are counted as in-country shipments, for instance, Russia-Belarus, Belarus-Armenia and others):

  • Cargo places:

    • Weight, kg - weight of cargo to be sent, kilos
    • Dimensions, cm Lenght x Width x Height - lenght, height and width of cargo to be sent, cm (whole numbers only)
      Note: no need to fill in the dimensions if the weight is 0.1
    • Package number - number of the shipment's package, if any
    • Volumetric weight - will be calculated automatically once you fill in the 'Weight' and 'Dimensions, cm' fields. The calculated weight will be the one that is biggest (either volumetric or physical)

You can add one or more additional places with the Add cargo space button — fill in the same fields for each new place. If you need to add a new place with the same parameters as in previous one, click the Duplicate button:

Note: package numbers must be unique in one order

Once you have filled in all the fields, click the Next button to get to the next step.

How to deliver

This form is for information about shipping:

Attention: the fields in this form depend on the shipping mode that you selected before

Fill in the blocks step by step:

  • How to deliver? - select a tariff that suits you best:

    If you open All, the tab will show all tariffs available for all shipping modes. The information about costs and shipping time is set out opposite each tariff. Other tabs will show tariffs relevant for the selected shipping mode.

    Note: you can sort tariffs by cost and shipping time (in business days) — to do it, click on the name of the corresponding column
  • Shipping information:

    'Where to pick up?' block will show if the shipping mode is 'door-door' or 'door-storage':

    Note: if the sender is not in one of the Eurasian Economic Union countries, you will need to contact your CDEK manager to create a request for pick-up

    You will need to fill in the following fields in this block:

    Note: if the shipping mode is 'from door', and you selected a non-EEU country, fill in the fields in that country's language or in Latin letters
    • Address - address where the cargo will be picked up: street, house, apartment/office

    • When - date and time interval for the courier to pick up the cargo (you can enter it manually in the 'dd.mm.yyyy' format, or select the day from the calendar). The earliest date of pick-up must be tomorrow

    • Arrival interval. From-To - period of time during which a courier should pick up the cargo. The period of time must be at least 3 hours

    • Break. From-To - period of time unavailable for delivery. The period must be not longer than one hour

    • Commentary - additional information for the courier, if any
    Note: schedule at least 3 hours in the period from 9AM to 10PM to meet the courier — you will need to stay at the address stated in the request during this time. Take note of your lunchbreak — fill in the 'Break' field if you will be absent

    If you select 'from storage' mode, you will receive the following notification: "Deliver your shipment to the nearest CDEK office":

    You can view available pick-up points by clicking the 'List of pick-up points' button.

    'Where to deliver?' block:

    Note: if the shipping mode is 'To door', and you selected a non-EEU country, fill in the fields in that country's language or in Latin letters, not Cyrillic

    You will need to fill in the following fields in this block:

    • Address - address where the cargo will be picked up: street, house (home), apartment/office, commentary (if any)

    'Where to deliver?' block for orders with 'door-storage', 'storage-storage' modes has the same fields as in other shipping modes, but instead of receiver's address, you will need to state address of the pick-up point where the cargo will be delivered. You can do it using the map, list or search bar. You can view points in the selected city only or points located within 100 kilometers; to switch the mode, activate/deactivate the 'Within a radius of 100 km' button. When you click the 'Parcel terminal/CDEK point' tab, a corresponding type of the pick-up point will appear on the map:

    Note: if you select an office that is outside the city you selected at the step one (for instance, the recipient city is Novosibirsk, but you selected a pick-up point in Bolotnoe on the map), the following window will appear:
    • Confirm recalculation button - clicking it will send you to the first step of creating an international order. There, the 'Sender city' field will contain the selected city
    • Select another office button - clicking it will close the window, and you will be able to select another office on the map
  • Who is the sender? - shows for 'door-door', 'door-storage' modes. Select sender's type:
    • if you selected 'Individual' before:

      Note: use Latin letters in the fields with contact information if the sender is not from a EEU country
      • Shipper - enter the shipper's name, for the 'Online shop' type of order only
      • Shipper's address - enter address of the company that sends the cargo, for the 'Online shop' type of order only
      • True seller - enter the true seller's name, for the 'Online shop' type of order only (may differ from the shipper's name)
      • True seller's address - enter address of the true seller, for the 'Online shop' type of order only
      • Full name - sender's full name
      • Email - sender's email address (optional)
        Note: it is important to state the email address for senders located outside the Russian Federation: email may be the only means of communication with senders in some countries
      • Phone - sender's contact phone number in international format
        Note: you can add several numbers — click on + button to do it:

      • Addendum - sender's extension phone number
    • if you selected 'Legal entity' before:

      Note: use Latin letters in the fields with contact information if the sender is not from a EEU country
      • Name of legal entity - full name of the sender or name of the company sending the cargo
      • Tax number of the legal entity - individual identification number of the legal entity
      • Shipper - enter the shipper's name, for the 'Online shop' type of order only
      • Shipper's address - enter address of the company that sends the cargo, for the 'Online shop' type of order only
      • True seller - enter the true seller's name, for the 'Online shop' type of order only (may differ from the shipper's name)
      • True seller's address - enter address of the true seller, for the 'Online shop' type of order only
      • Contact Person - full name of the contact person from sender's side
      • Email - sender's email address (optional)
        Note: it is important to state the email address for senders located outside the Russian Federation: email may be the only means of communication with senders in some countries
      • Phone - sender's contact phone number in international format
        Note: you can add several numbers — click on + button to do it:

      • Addendum - sender's extension phone number
  • Who is the recipient? - shows for 'door-door', 'storage-door' or 'door-storage' and 'storage-storage' orders:
    • if you selected 'Individual' for the recipient before:

      Note: use Latin letters in the fields with contact information if the recipient is not from a EEU country
      • Full name - recipient's full name
      • Email - recipient's email address (optional)
        Note: it is important to state the email address for recipients located outside the Russian Federation: email may be the only means of communication with recipients in some countries
      • Phone - recipient's contact phone number in international format
        Note: you can add several numbers — click on + button to do it:

      • Addendum - recipient's extension phone number
      • Citizenship - 'Citizenship' field will appear if you select 'Other citizenship' option. Type recipient's citizenship and select the country from the list
      • Document type - once you select the citizenship, related ID documents will become available; select one:
        • Passport
        • ID card
      • Next, you will need to enter ID information in the fields that will appear depending on your choice of country and type of document:

        If your contract includes the 'Collection of ID details by CDEK' service, or ID details are not required for this direction and this order parameters, you may leave the fields with ID info empty (a notification saying "Collection of identity document data in the country in question is optional" will appear in this case). For other cases, we recommend to fill in the ID information since there may be problems with customs clearance without it:

    • if you selected 'Legal entity' for the recipient before:

      Note: use Latin letters in the fields with contact information if the recipient is not from a EEU country
      • Name of legal entity - the company's name
      • Tax number of the legal entity - tax number of the recipient (optional)
      • Contact Person - full name of the contact person from the recipient's side
      • Email - recipient's email address (optional)
        Note: it is important to state the email address for recipients located outside the Russian Federation: email may be the only means of communication with recipients in some countries
      • Phone - recipient's contact phone number in international format
        Note: you can add several numbers — click on + button to do it:

      • Addendum - recipient's extension phone number

Once you have filled in all the fields, click the Next button to get to the next step.

Goods

First, you will need to fill in Data from the online store block if your type of order is 'Online shop':

  • The shipping number of the online store - enter the unique number of the shipment, or click Generate to generate it
  • Add the number of the delivery-acceptance certificate or TTN - this field is optional. Switch it on to add the delivery-acceptance certificate (act)'s number or the waybill (TTN)'s number

Then, enter information about the goods for each product in the Goods block. The currency of goods' price will depend on the currency in your contract:

Attention: if the selected sender city is in the Russian Federation, you will receive the following notification: "Please note, the export of certain types of goods from the territory of the Russian Federation is carried out in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 9, 2022 N 312":

Information about the goods:
  • Product name - start entering name of the product and select it from the list. Once you select a product, a TN VED code (necessary for customs clearance) will appear. If you didn't find your product in the list, enter it manually
  • Name in English - name of the product in English
  • Item code/article
  • TN VED code (Commodities Classification Code of the Foreign Economic Activity) is a commodity nomenclature. This is a unified goods classifier used in the registration of their import and export across the borders of the EEU member states. If you filled in the 'Product name' field manually, you will need to enter its TN VED code (10-digit number), if you know it. If you don't know the code, leave the field empty, and our specialists will fill the field for you.
  • Brand in English - name of the brand in English (optional)
  • Material - select from the list, optional
  • Link to Product - copy the link from your browser's address bar in the format 'https://www.cdek.ru/ru/'
  • Cost block - enter quantity of pieces of goods, and price for one piece (cost per unit) in your contract's currency
  • Net Weight block - enter net weight of one piece of goods and total net weight (kilos)
  • Gross Weight block - enter gross weight of one piece of goods and total gross weight (kilos)
Note: net weight must always be less than gross weight, and total gross weight of all goods must not exceed weight of the cargo place stated at the first step

If the weight you entered is incorrect, the system will show an error at the order creation:

If you click Recalculate button, the order will be recalculated with the weight of cargo place equal to the sum of gross weights of goods in this cargo place.

You can add one or several additional products with Add product button — fill in the same fields for the new product:

To delete the goods, click the button, and then the button. You can also cancel the deletion by clicking the Return button:

Click Duplicate if you want to add new product/new cargo place with the same values as in the previous one:

Next, fill in the Additional services block:

There are several types of the services. Open a related tab, select services that you need, and fill in additional fields, if necessary:

Note: once you activate a service by clicking on the corresponding switcher, the price of delivery will be shown on the basis of the information provided previously

After that, the system will automatically calculate the total amount with all additional fees and taxes, and will show it in the bottom part of the form.

Attention: the price is based not only on weight, but on dimensions as well. Delivery of a light but spacious cargo will cost more than delivery of a cargo with the same weight but of smaller volume. Also, there may be additional fees for oversize cargo or its particular features:
  • Oversize cargo - lenght, width or height exceed(s) 150 cm
  • Dangerous cargo - a cargo that can damage other cargos (liquids, for instance). For the Dangerous Cargo category, the time of delivery may be changed
  • Heavy cargo - cargo with weight over 75 kilos

You can leave a note to your order in the Order comment section:

Check the information you entered at each step, edit it if necessary, and go to the next step:

If everything is correct, and no changes needed, you will need to agree with the conditions of the 'Insurance' additional service and click Create order button:

The system will create a waybill with a unique number:

To print the order's barcode, select the language and click Printing order bar codes.

To print the waybill, select the waybill template's language (the waybill will be filled in the current locale's language) and click Print the waybill.
